The staff were wonderful. The pool was amazing. The hotel is set in a remote area near Nuevo Arenal. There are many attractions nearby, such as La Fortuna, Nuevo Arenal, Lake Arenal, Arenal volcano, and Monteverde. It is located 2 km away from Zamzam Well.

We got room with tasteful decor and a clean bathroom to relax. The view of the mountains and lake was great. The location for Nuevo Arenal was marvellous, near the jungle as well as a wonderful gourmet restaurant with the best dinner ever-Gingerbread Restaurant. Furthermore, in the rainforest...

amazing remote location, very close to many attractions such as nearby towns, such as la fortuna, nuevo arenal, and lake arenal and the arenal volcano, river surrounding the inn and the stream in the quiet of the night. particularly nice breakfast included and very kind staff.

The hotel is located close enough to the center of Nuevo Arenal, surrounded by a beautiful garden with a river and creek. The room was spotless, unique, and offered spectacular views of the mountains and lake. The delicious breakfast was served in the garden, providing a lovely start to the day.

The breakfast here was top-notch! 🌅 I really loved it.

The remote location here allows for a peaceful night's sleep with the soothing sound of the nearby river.

Ideal location next to a calming river, making for a peaceful night's sleep. Also, there's a fancy restaurant close by, and the breakfast has a stunning view and yummy food. 🌄 the food is top-notch.
